The Spa is conveniently located on the Post Road (U.S. 1) just south of the Connecticut Turnpike (I-95) off exit 22 near the intersection of Round Hill Road and the Post Road.
From New York, take exit 22 off the Turnpike; turn right on to Round Hill Road; then right on to the Post Road; within 100 yards, next to the CITGO Station, turn right into our parking lot.
From New Haven, take Exit 22 off the Turnpike; turn left on to North Benson Rd; and then right on to the Post Rd; within 100 yards after the next light, next to the CITGO Station, turn right into our parking lot.
